    Good Points: Good choice of children's shoes
    Online purchase and delivery was fine


    Bad Points: Returned shoes but did not receive refund. Took 1 month + for credit card company to get me some money back, but I still have not received a full refund, despite their website claiming that they offer a money back guarantee with full refund!


    General comments: I have called Tendersteps several times about getting my money back (they have confirmed that they received the goods back in perfect condition)! I still have not received a full refund. No one returns your calls and the manager is never available. My credit card company will be pursuing this, but I would certainly not use them again. I would only recommend them if you are 100% certain that you want to keep the goods (which with kids feet is not easy!).
