    Description on web page was for the item I wanted, but their part number was for another part, so I received the wrong hitch and a hitch that was different from the one described in the description. I contacted customer service, and after 2 months of contact with them (during which they were in possession of the part), I was told that the reason they hadn't refunded my money was because they couldn't read the scanned shipping receipt and this was after at least 8 times of contacting them about m ...

    Well, I'm staying with Race Pages online car parts supplies as long as, well I don't know. As long a it takes I guess. Highly recommended!
