I like the low GI diet as it's not faddy and it doesn't try to deprive you of anything you need. I found this book really useful and a pleasure to read as the recipes are all really tasty and influenced by some of the best food from around the globe. There is some good information about each recipe, including the total calorie content and nutritional benefits of each dish. The recipes themselves are really tasty and fulfilling and the best part is you don't really feel like you're on a diet. Would fully recommend to any food lovers out there.
