Good Points: Funny, straight to the point. Most importantly it highlights the 'goings on' within the meat & diary industry which many people would normally close their eyes to. Really makes you think about what you do eat, what a diet book should get you thinking about!
Bad Points: Again it highlights what cruelty animals are subjected to on a daily basis in the slaughter house i.e workers (if you can call them that) torturing them for 'fun'. The only bad point is that there is no mention whether these 'people' (again if you can call them that) are brought to justice, well we all like a happy ending don't we??
General comments: Unless you are totally heartless or just ignorant, you should have the 'willpower' just from reading certain sections of this book, never to want to eat meat again and to change your diet for the better. Open your eyes, have a heart this goes on.I found it informative, funny, heartbreaking, straight to the point and most important of all, life changing, yeah all from reading one book, it teaches you to open your eyes to many things. Ignorance really is bliss, but sooner or later you have to confront it, and you will after reading this it ain't easy.

The book is based on applying a vegan diet and I found it interesting as I'm a ve ...
