Good Points: Funny, straight to the point, informative.
Bad Points: Sometimes gets a little too statistical.
General comments: This book changed my life. It's now been a little over a year since I read it and became a vegetarian (I try to eat as close to vegan as possible, but it is extremely hard with my lifestyle), and I have never felt or looked so good! I now pay more attention to what is actually IN most of the things we eat and how important it is to eat as healthy as possible. Don't get me wrong, I still splurge for pizza once in a while, but not 3 times a week anymore. I now have the energy and self confidence I've always strived for!

Ignorance really is bliss, but sooner or later you have to conf ...- Read one4all's review (208 words)

The authors tell it to you straight about what's good and what's not, and give the reader a very up front and brutally honest account of how we are damaging ourselves and the simple things you should do to stay healthy. The book is based on applying a vegan diet and I found it interesting as I'm a ve ...- Read KangarooPouch's review (179 words)
