Good Points: Great for foodies
Bad Points: Results are slow
General comments: Cook Yourself Thin is a great book if you love your food but want to be a bit more health conscious. The book has about 80 recipes and all use fresh ingredients, so it discourages you from eating ready meals and the like. I personally loved this about the book as I love cooking, and the recipes are all really tasty and healthy and quite simple to prepare. If it's a quick fix or massive weight loss your after though, I wouldn't recommend it as you don't see any immediate results.. however this diet book is much easier to stick to than any other I've come across and at the end of the day; it's about a plan for life rather than a quick fix so I definitely would give it an overall thumbs up.
