I came across a pair of grey highgate trousers in store but they didn't have them in my size. About a week later I was in a different Laura Ashley store where they did have them in my size but not my length - at 5'5" I am considered 'short'! The assistant in store did try her best to help but I think their internal ordering system must a be quite complicated so I decided I would prefer to order online myself from home. Ordered FOUR WEEKS AGO, still haven't got it, they response to your emails after 5-6 days, providing false or useless info. The most unprofessional and lazy customer service I've seen, zero intelligence and customer orientation. Shame on you! (read more)

There's no disputing that Laura Ashley do lovely products, but we do pay a fair price for them. I ordered a light fitting 10 days ago and received an email the following day stating my order had been released for delivery. Since then I haven't heard a thing. They state 5-7 working days for delivery which have now passed. How hard can it be to let customers know a more accurate picture of when their item will arrive. slow to dispatch and deliver, especially when you can order from most places and get your items next day or the day after. when you order from LA you can wait 2 weeks, far too slow. (read more)

Part order despatched with customer services stating remainder would be received within 5 days. Incorrect - subsequently told no longer available Waited 15 days for refund. Part order received and returned. Told refund had gone through - wrong it had not. Still waiting. Unable to speak to a manager. Customer services abysmal and company should not trade online. After having purchased 9 other roller blinds I decided to purchase the same for another room. Blind arrived with vertical seams where the fabric had been joined despite all the other blinds of the same width that I had purchased having no seams. It looks as if it has been cobbled together with left over scraps. The fabric is considerably thinner too so they are obviously cutting back on quality. To add insult to injury the new spring loaded fixing didn't work allowing the blind to fall... (read more)

Same comments as above. Ordered multiple items online and only received one after many days. No updates received regarding the rest of the order and no help from the local stores at collection. Rang the custom service, took a very long time and didn't manage to speak to the right person after all. the line costs 10p per minute. Never order from this company again!
