Ordered Nike Dual Fusion Trainers in size 6. When they arrived I got a size 5 and a size 6. This was my first order with JD Sports so didn't impress - all sports/shoe shops check this as a matter of course. Emailed customer services to ask if they would refund me the cost of returning items as faulty. My partner purchased an item in Brighton store at JD Sports to give me for x-mass. After close look I noticed that item is defective. Took it back to the store, but instead of refund or exchange they accused me of wearing it, despite all labels and tags unattached, and short period of time since purchase, and told me that my partner should have checked it in store when purchased. Ordered a pair of trainers for my son for Christmas 4 weeks ago and was told 5 working days delivery, every time I have phoned to find out where the trainers are I keep getting told that there is a problem with the couriers and i can't have a refund as they don't know where my item is!!! I am so disappointed to be treated the way I have by such a well established company. I orded several items from JD sports and the parcel arrived promptly, one item was missing and this was acknowledged on the invoice, however trying to get my money/refund back for this one item that was out of stock is a whole other story! After many ignored emails I finally went to PayPal and created a dispute to get my money back. I will never shop with JD sports again, they have extremely poor customer care. (read more)

I have then had 4 individual phone calls asking for all my personal details over the phone in order to validate my order. What's the point in an email confirming order? Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line for next day delivery. When they did not arrive had to contact customer services multiple times to enquire where they were only to eventually get the response that they were 'lost in transit'. No tracking number, no other information, just 'lost'. I agree with above, i sent back shoes i brought for an exchange I have not heard anything back it has now been a month. I have sent numerous emails. I have not received a refund nor the exchange and I am at at $120 loss not to mention the cost of sending it back to them.

I'm in Ireland and they insist that the order was shipped but can't provide no proof from the Royal Mail or a tracking link as normal packages receive. I think they did not shipped the product yet and they are stalling for time, they refuse to provide a refund, all-do the product was not delivered within the 10 working days, they are now asking for me to wait longer before they can refund.
