    JD Sports

    Been waiting on my order to be delivered for almost over a week and it still hasn't arrived.
    On the website it says you should get it within 2 working days its now been 6.
    I hope it comes soon, getting very agitated.
    Don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

    My mum bought a pair of jeans for me from them, I didn't like them and she tried to return them within one week. They refused saying that the item was not new and had fluff on them. When she tried to explain they were very impolite and refused the refund. Complaining to head office didn't help. They were quick to sell us the goods but were very reluctant to refund the money or sort out problems. Will never shop there again just incase I buy a gift and then decide to return it and then be treated ...

    as i walked in the JD Sports shop at Meadowhall i started to look about and then a women walked over to me and said is there anything i could help you with, i told her what i was looking for and she took me straight there.i tried the shoes on and took them off she asked is that all i could help you with i replied yes thankyou and she put the shoes i was buying behind the counter to make it easier for me

    I really like JD sports and after going round the store and undecided about what i wanted to buy i went home and looked on www.jdsports.com I ordered a pair of trainers. I had already seen them and tried them on so i knew what i was getting it was just down to how well the site worked and whether they would let down the store.The trainers I ordered arrived with no problems.
