    General comments: Made to feel very welcome and special, not hurried and the Opticians are all fully qualified unlike most places. great choice and exceptional service, excellent service, totally geared to me. Top quality lenses and great frame styles

    My son recently had an appointment for a contact lens trial. The optician apparently tried to dissuade him and suggested he wore the glasses he was prescribed last year though he was unhappy with them. She reluctantly showed him how to put in lens but seemed to be demonstrating how to remove them (I've been wearing lens for over 30 years and know the basics). She appeared to have extreme difficulty in fitting them and prescribed a lens which she described as the lowest priced in their range at ...
