    After purchasing my contact lenses from Visiondirect.co.uk, I received an email from them saying they are not in stock, so I called them and the customer service man was extremely helpful - he said my order was in stock and the email I received was a system error. He said my order would be posted that day. True to his word, I received my order 2 days after placing it, (even though I paid for the cheapest postage)!
    The site is very easy to use and navigate, has lots of choice, as well as bargain prices and low postage cost. The only thing I was worried about was the expiry date on the contact lenses, (I have had problems before with Boots opticians giving me lenses that expired within the next 7 months), however the expiry dates were 5 years from when I received them! I have never bought contact lenses online before however will definitely be buying from this website again. Highly recommended!
