    Good Points: None


    General comments: Once £500 deposit was sent I did not receive any contact for 2 months then 8 weeks before I was due to go (all flights booked) I was advised that I had an extra £500 to pay on top of what was quoted. I was then told they were no longer renting the villa and because I had not returned a booking form (even though I had never received one) they were cancelling my booking.

    Good looking but pricey and neglected. Neglected by the surly changeover staff, four smoke alarms beeped throughout the night and after removing these to get some sleep had the deposit snaffled on the basis that smoking had taken place (no one smoked in our party). Barbecue not cleaned so left in same condition and criticised for it. Pool couldn't be used at night because the caretakers didn't replace the pool light bulbs -last time we go to expatland ...avoid!

    We had a great holiday. The location was outstanding and the villa really beautiful. The views from the pool are wonderful. We made use of the BBQ area a lot and tried many of the suggestions made by the owners of local restaurants.
    We hope to book again for next year and will try the catering service that is now on offer.
    Their tips the owners gave us really helped us find our feet quickly.

    The house was beautiful and just like all the information we had received from the villa owners before we booked. We found the villa to be clean and furnished to a high standard. We did not see any evidence of any repairs that were needed. We have already booked this home again and were delighted with the service we received from the villa owners, including top tips on where to go and places to eat etc.
    It was very good value for money for a large family group travellng together.

    Villa is in need of lots of repair. Spiral staircase in unsafe condition.

    Sunflower apartment was damp and not livable due to the smell etc.

    Villa was in the middle of a residential estate and is difficult to get to and from because the taxis from Benidorm were reluctant to take you back for some reason.

    Customer service from 1WorldHolidays.co.uk very poor.
