Toys R Us had a completley useless customer service. I purchased my pram/car seat in April 2009 as it was a very good price at £350 considering we looked at many different prams including the Quinny which where very expensive but looking back you get what you paid for.
My daughter was born in June 2009 and have only ever used the pram with the car seat attached not in the carrycot as I wasn't keen on it but after only 6 weeks use the safety clips at the bottom beside the wheels have now b ...

DO NOT BUY THE SILVER CROSS 3D!!!! Everything on it is awkard and breaks! The Apron would not attach to the very heavy pram, as the poppers wouldn't fasten so we took it back to Toys R Us and were told it was a bad batch and were given a replacement apron which still doesn't fit. My son got too big for the pram in only a few weeks. The car seat is extremely heavy and the hood keeps coming off whenever i lift the handle. The fasteners on the buggy are too hard to clip in. Now the bolt keeping my ...

The Silver Cross 3D - Black is sturdy and great that it converts from flat pushchair for a small baby into a big buggy. My son is big, other buggies are too small. However its now broken, and I put in my own repair, but I am pretty unsatisfied that its breaking apart after only 2 years.

I wish I had shopped around before buying the Silver Cross 3D as it is far too bulky and heavy to deal with when you have a little one and all her bits to carry around! The car seat is ridiculously heavy, I really struggle with carrying her to the car and my 5 month old is only 13 pounds and I would say I am quite a fit person! However it is a lovely pram when you're out and about. Moves easily and baby is very happy in it.

The Silver Cross 3D is a lovely looking pram and ok if you dont use a car or fold it up regulary. However does not fit into my BMW's boot. It's heavy and bulky, fiddly to fold up & down. It doesn't feel sturdy, slighlty rocky side to side. My baby has out grown the pramette at 8 weeks. The rain cover is a nightmare to use, and there is nowhere to store it whilst in pramette mode.

The Silver Cross 3D looks nice and collapses down small as a stoller,as the raincover is such a waste of time, when you put the car seat in the buggy and use the hood you can pull them together and it forms a waterproof cover which is very easy to use. The pushchair is nice to look at, and is mutifunctioning, although the fact that it does so much is what causes the problems, for an expensive buggy I really do feel let down, I wouldn't recomend this pushchair.

All the parts that you need for ...

This is the worst pushchair I have ever ever put my hands on, I had mine for 8 weeks then got rid of it I hated it that much!! The pramette seems tiny and was quickly outgrown and if the baby is sick in it you have to wash the whole liner as the matteress slides in underneath the liner. It also feels uncomfortable, I could feel every lump and bump under the matteress - not good for delicate backs.

The handles bend and twist, it won't go up curbs, I find it a nightmare to open and close and it ...

The Silver Cross 3D is massive! I found it heavy and the handles would bend so it doesn't feel stable. one of the poppers popped off so i couldn't fit the car seat onto pram so it had to sent off for repair. then once it came back the hood ripped so that was sent off for repair within 1 week of it being back the zip came away so it was sent off again. then while it was being repaired the frame itself collapsed. at this point i took it back to where i had bought it and said enough is enough i don ...

I brought it two weeks ago and i hate it already! My daughter is 5 weeks old and has outgrown the pram, she looks so uncomfy in the pushchair as she's so small! just wish i had looked at reviews first! I feel this pram was a waste of money.

The Silver Cross 3D looks great and the name you'd expect it to be a good one, But its not.
I found it very heavy to lift and also to push, While pushing the handles bent and felt like they would snap. It can't be pushed one handed it just goes off to one side and is far too heavy to control.
To access the basket I had to shove my shopping through the side while being careful not to scratch my knuckles on the metal frame.
I wish now that I'd looked around a lot more and tried out other prams. ...

Wish I'd looked into it a bit more finding the right pram... but just trusted the name silver cross. It does look the part and the accessories are very nice however, the 3D is heavy, top heavy when car seat attached. My daughter is 7 weeks old and has outgrown the pram and too small for the pushchair. Has a mind of its own when pushing and rattles like your pushing a toy pram.

I do not recommend this pram to anyone and silver cross should be very embarrased to have produced such a terrible pram.

a nightmare - i hate this pram! i have really struggled with it and so have several women i have seen out and about with it. mine has never opened in the way it should.as i bought it from an internet company i now have to suffer the expense of sending it back.i would not reccomend this pram to anyone. also think twice before buying a pram on the net as if you do have to return it it will cost a small fortune to courier/post.

I liked the jet black colour with good padding, and my son obviously likes the Silver Cross 3D pushchair, as that's the only thing he'll sleep in during the day. But I struggle with filling and unfilling the basket, the handles (which I'm going to get fixed) and the heaviness of getting it on and off the bus. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this.
