    Good Points: Staff were very helpful with good local knowledge. Kids loved the pool complex, better than the seaside. Local beach and amenities were excellent St Jeans was quiet during the day but busy at night, we went to La Bois Masson in June, our caravan was good quality and near to all facilities. Kids clubs kept our three children happy for hours and they put on good night time shows. The only problem was that the bar shut just as myself and the missus were getting into our groove.


    Bad Points: The caravan site had overhanging pine trees that wept resin over the barbecue area. Not much of a problem but this attracted the flies and wasps to the caravan. Parking is hard in St Jeans near the beach.


    General comments: Kids loved the pony ride and the Chateau d'Apremont, nice place for a picnic if the weather is OK. Locals were very helpful as my 10 year old daughter proved in the local bakery, as my French stinks, and she had to bail me out.
    As I had bought the holiday cheap, we cannot complain too much but the beer is dearer than local pubs in UK but it was a great place for kids.
