Good Points: Great Zoom, Good colour reproduction, good close ups, great outdoor camera.
Bad Points: When the light is not very good, like at twilight, at medium anf full zoom the images are not sharp, lot of noise.
Picture quality a little soft but can be rectified by any software.
Battery life average.
Flash okay but would have been better if it was a little more powerful.
General comments: The Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H9 is a great camera to start photography as a hobby before moving on to SLR's.
One can take good landscape pictures with it.
