PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM TESCO DIRECT. I placed an order with Tesco Direct On Saturday 18th April for a new Sideboard. I was given a delivery date of Tuesday 21st April between 7am-7pm. We had a similar issue. We ordered a camera, we did so on the basis that it would be delivered by 3pm the next day as we needed a quick replacement for our existing camera. I went to collect it from Gloucestershire store. The staff were most helpful and apologetic, but the key point is that it hadn't been delivered to them. Tesco Direct customer service sadly couldn't do much. The interpretation I had was Tesco will ENDEAVOUR. Nice, but not really good enough if you put a date/time on the invoice order then you should make clear as to the likelihood of achievability. I recommend Tesco expressly states there are no guarantees of delivery on ALL invoices. Our camera arrived on the Friday at the Gloucestershire store, but we had already departed on our holiday. We therefore didn't have it for our holiday We would normally use AMAZON as this is guaranteed delivery and we are PRIME customers. I opted for Tesco as I had no reason to think it wouldn't arrive - the caveat I proposed above would have helped my decision making and would have made me choose differently. Also, I wouldn't be writing a poor review. We're all wiser now.

After much consideration and reviewing all Numatic Henry hoovers I decided on the HVR200-A2 mainly because of its weight. I collected it today from my local Tesco, only to find I had been sent the Hvr200-12 a much heavier hoover. I phoned Tesco direct and was told I had been sent the right hoover. “Abysmal Customer Care! No care at all!!”

The problem with buying from Tesco Direct is that when you place an order, you have to be aware that - in the event that the item is being farmed out to a third party - Tesco Direct will not offer you any assistance whatever. What a farce of a company are Tesco. I bought a 14ft x 7ft playhouse for our Grandson's Easter and the idiots sent me a 7ft x 7ft one. They want me to send the pictures to prove I'm not lying. Never-EVER use them! Hi Everyone! I thought I should share my experience with Tesco Direct, I have ordered a bed frame in January when it was on sale. After several weeks I have received a faulty product - one of the key parts of the frame doesn't fit. “First & Last ever order”

The item I ordered with great difficulty on their website became lost in their Dartford warehouse. Despite my receiving messages that the item was ready for collection. I'm then told to re-order, which I do, and then when I check store opening times, my local stores website tells me that Tesco direct as a service in the store is 24hrs. “Do not understand an Order ID!”

“Liars and cheats!”

Delivery to store was fine, but laptop was DOA, no stock to exchange so told to wait for it to come in, one month later new stock comes in and it is sold on as apparently stock cannot be held back to allow an exchange!! having the same problem - have been to 3 stores so far with a laptop that only worked for 2 weeks. various excuses - no longer stocked by Tesco, even though it is still on the website! No one will take it off me? Even told by one store that they do not have the facilities to deal with returns. Customer service had the cheek to offer me 250 points for the inconvenience. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE.

had the same problem. Been to 3 different stores in South Wales! Customer service brilliant at the last one, but cost me a fortune in public transport. offered me 250 clubcard points. Will never buy from them again

I ordered x box console for my boy as we came back from xmas holidays. It was ordered on click and forget , I mean collect. being weekend , it mentioned to be delivered by Monday 29th. My son waited whole and track order kept on showing it is with courier since 4 am. Finally I called them after 4 pm. “poor service and used item”

I picked phone up from store after 10 days and with no contact. After getting it home the void sticker was peeled away but thought it would be okay as there were other labels/seals on the box....fingerprints on the screen, no screen protector, sim card already inserted with 0.11p credit on it! Given my situation now and Christmas looming, I have no option but to keep it. The wife bought me a mountain bike to replace a stolen one. She did her best to choose one she thought would be ok. Not one I'd have chosen but she tried and I'm very grateful. Within the first month the centre crank needed replacing. Bloke in bike shop said he'd never seen one that bad on a new bike. Cheap components. It was badly bent out of shape.
