Good Points: None for me.
Bad Points: Poor customer service. Communication poor.
General comments: I was contacted by Weather Seal directly and had to 'endure' 3 telephone calls with different personnel before arranging an appointment. Personnel sought guarantee that my partner would be present during appointment and when I could not offer this due to him working away from home on weekdays, they proceeded to make an appointment. The appointment began with the sales representative advising that she could not proceed with appointment without my partner. I reitterated my previous position and advised that we had decided together that I would proceed with appointment alone. This was not to her satisfaction and she contacted her manager by phone and I was asked to speak with her manager who was unhappy my partner was not present. I terminated this appointment immediately as I will not do business with a company that does not allow me to make decisions myself. I have never experienced such poor customer service to date!

The Weather Seal sales assistant was just rude in my eyes and didn't introduce or give name when asked.Everything was a negotiation. Quoted us 40K to replace the windows. After numerous quotes and phone calls and time wasting later it eventually came down to under 10K!I would avoid, that's my advice.

Having received a quote for conservatory with weather seal, the builder arrived eventually minus a skip. Skip came 4 days later and left again as it wasn`t paid for. Builder meanwhile has dug up concrete for the foundations. Council official not happy with the work and builder finally finds out it is a raft foundation - this means an under estimated quote. Had also ordered windows but finally cancelled whole lot. Trying to get ground back to original state but been promised by the end of week (w ...

The Weather Seal representative was invited to visit to measure and provide the lowest price for the supply and fitting of eight windows.
The example window was fine, his "patter" was slightly amusing, his first quote was, and I reminded him, "The lowest price" '£14.900.
To my response of, "Do I look stupid?", and, a little more "patter", the special offer, "as we are saving on advertising and you get the benefit", '£9.700.
"Too much" I said.
"Tell me what price you are lo ...
