    We researched many websites and found east midlands water the easiest to use with informative information about all types of softeners. We bought online, the system was delivered next day, however parcel force broke a small plastic piece, we called customer service who without any hassle got it sent out and we received it the next day. Our system has been giving us great water since. Thank you. Our hair, skin, washing has improved 100% since.

    Be extremely careful believing all the sales people tell you. We attended the Ideal Home Exhibition and were extremely impressed by the sales talk and decided to buy a system from Eastmidlandswater. We came home and researched it on the internet and discovered half of what was claimed was untrue. We cancelled the order immediately but 6 weeks later are still waiting for the refund. Now suddenly the customer service is not so great in fact trying to get someone to respond is very challenging. ...

    Eastmidlandswater offered me great customer service. Ordered filter via the internet next day service and my water has been excellent since.

    Really good service great products. Easy to use web site no hidden charges with friendly staff who gave good advice on my purchase, goods received day after I ordered.

    I do not recommend that website, I had to throw the wrong item that they sent, away, as I had no use for it. The worst online shop I ever came across.
