    Good Points: Beautifully presented. nearly all good quality pieces. very fast delivery


    General comments: I thought the brochure seemed misleading for size and colour of item. I found 1 pearl necklace a horrid colour, one pearl was damaged, and many had unattractive ridges, not as other 'baroque' pearls i own. refund came very quickly.

    Good on the whole, but check dimensions of jewellery very carefully.

    I have bought from Braybrook & Britten jewellers for years. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Great place if you want more up-market jewellery or gifts. They do occasional sales, and I always manage to snag a good bargain. Quality of everything I've had is very good. Bought some pearls once, and the necklace was a bit short, so they re-strung it with extra pearls to the length I wanted.
