Good Points: People on the phone are nice.
General comments: Tried 2 different times to have flowers delivered and they were never delivered EITHER time. Anniversary and Valentines. They will never have to worry about having my business again.

For Mothers Day I ordered flowers from Blooms Today to be sent to my grandmother. There was apparently a Blooms Rewards program that they claimed I signed up for. They also claimed I received a 50% discount which I did not.

I placed an order based on white daisies (from a picture on Blooms Today website). The company called and asked if they could change the ACCENT flowers from green to blue. I said this was fine as long as the daisies remained the same. When the person received the flowers NOTHING from the picture was in the arrangement (to include the agreed upon daisies). I had a similar experience to the person before me. I got a message Saturday evening that the flowers could not be delivered for mother's day. Then they offer a 20% discount for late delivery! When I called them back they were closed until Monday. I sent an email and they haven't answered. I was just trying to do something nice for my mother in law and I end up with nothing. At least one other online florist told me up front they couldn't deliver to Hawaii. Blooms Today just didn't want to miss ...

I wish I had researched further on this company.Only today that I see there was a review section on this company and it is all negative. And most important it is all true. I will never order flowers from this company again. And I suggest to you.....DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

My best friends father passed and I am 3000 miles away from home, I spent alot of time looking for just the right flowers to send. I sent a bright and hopeful (I thought) arrangement so my friend and her mother could take it home and it could be bright and hopeful in thier dark time. Between Valentines orders and a funeral I spoke to Bloomstoday several times this past week. They were helpful and honest about what could and could not be done. A reward plan was suggested, w/no "hard sell".

Blooms Today is the worst florist company I have encountered so far. I placed an order for 100 dollars but it wasn't delivered. In addition, they offered me a membership and charged 9.95 per month (fine prints). When I called them, they were unhelpful. It is the first time I have had such a bad experience with an online company.

Blooms Today is a business that I will from now on avoid at all costs!
My mother ordered flowers for me believing that she was calling a "local" florist as that is the way they advertise in the Yellow Pages. She ordered a $49.99 arrangement and with all their fees added on it came to $74 which included a $20 for delivery!

Not only did Blooms Today not deliver the flowers, they also charged my credit card. I have had to call far too many times to get someone on the phone and refund my money, and even that took a long time. I am very disappointed.
