BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION! They make availability and delivery promises that they can't keep! Flowers were ordered 2 days prior to Mother's Day (5/10/2013). They said that they could fill the order and deliver on 5/11/2013. Got a phone call from them about 6:00 PM (5/11/2013) saying that the order could not be filled. Very poor business practice! So i place my order on Friday before Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday. I spend almost $50 on this order and Saturday comes and goes, no flowers. I rarely send any feedback, but my experience with Blooms Today was such a disappointing experience, I felt it was warranted. Blooms today took advantage of my family and I during our time of need. They deceived us by attaching their ad to my Grandfathers online obituary, claiming $30 off flowers. They secretly added you, without permission to their rewards program that charges $9.99 a month for being a member. Do not EVER think about using this website!!! I ordered for Valentine's Day and their site does a bait and switch with the prices. They clearly show you what the total is and then they show you the real total after they charge your card. Plus they charge a membership fee that isn't listed in your total. To make matters worse they say they can only deliver the flowers the day after Valentine's day and offer no reasonable compensation. Customer service was willing to give me a 10% discount if I reordered. Are you kidding???
Nothing about my experience with this company was good.
I did not even get a call saying that they were unable to deliver.

Please people don't user this service. I ordered Flowers for my mom on May 6th to be delivered on May 9th because she was out of town.
They called me at 3:45 pm on Monday to inform me that they "had just figured out" that they could not fill the order because they don't have any more flowers.

I will never buy from them again. Horrible customer service. I was lured by a "special offer" saving $15, only to discover they signed me up for a monthly rewards program at $9.99 a month. I discovered this only after my credit card was debited the $9.99 fee twice. Let me share briefly my experience.

My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered to her in Lyons, CO. I couldn't believe it was something that was sent in place of 17015 Make Lemonade in a Vase.
It looks like a bouquet that I could purchase for $ 3.99 at our local grocery store in FL & I could have done a nicer job rearranging the flowers myself. The only thing I was happy with was the cut lemons since it went with the theme of "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade".
