BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION! They make availability and delivery promises that they can't keep! Flowers were ordered 2 days prior to Mother's Day (5/10/2013). They said that they could fill the order and deliver on 5/11/2013. Got a phone call from them about 6:00 PM (5/11/2013) saying that the order could not be filled. Very poor business practice! Blooms today took advantage of my family and I during our time of need. They deceived us by attaching their ad to my Grandfathers online obituary, claiming $30 off flowers. They secretly added you, without permission to their rewards program that charges $9.99 a month for being a member. I ordered for Valentine's Day and their site does a bait and switch with the prices. They clearly show you what the total is and then they show you the real total after they charge your card. Customer service was willing to give me a 10% discount if I reordered. Are you kidding???
Nothing about my experience with this company was good.
I did not even get a call saying that they were unable to deliver.

I did the exact same thing. Now it has cost me over $50 so I did not save anything. I only used them for the original discount. I was even will to pay for the first month of 9.99 for that but now they have continued to add charges including some kind of worldwide protection plan of $14.99 each. They refuse to take care of that and say I need to call that company to cancel. I have spent more time than the saving was ever worth. I ordered roses to be delivered to my wife's job for her birthday and she got them days later. I specifically stated that I wanted them delivered to her desk, but when they got there..the security guard signed for them and they never reached my wife that day. I feel if there was a problem with delivery I should have been contacted and I could have made alternative arrangemnets. Too bad there's no option for No STARS. They're just awful. You're better off finding a local florist on your own. TRUST ME. Cuz that's what they're doing too, except they don't care whether or not you flowers get delivered, cuz if they get lazy and can't find a florist, the BOOM, refund for you and no flowers. but what's the point? I WANTED the flowers, NOT a refund?! Don't EVER use them. (read more)

Let me share briefly my experience.
My Mom passed away and I was not able to attend her funeral. I was very upset over everything to begin with, but I did want to send flowers for her funeral.
I saw some selections at BloomsToday and decided to place an order. They were supposed to arrive the next day for the funeral.
At least I thought the flowers would at least arrive.

My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered to her in Lyons, CO. I couldn't believe it was something that was sent in place of 17015 Make Lemonade in a Vase.
It looks like a bouquet that I could purchase for $ 3.99 at our local grocery store in FL & I could have done a nicer job rearranging the flowers myself. The only thing I was happy with was the cut lemons since it went with the theme of "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade".

I did the exact same thing. Now it has cost me over $50 so I did not save anything. I only used them for the original discount. I was even will to pay for the first month of 9.99 for that but now they have continued to add charges including some kind of worldwide protection plan of $14.99 each. They refuse to take care of that and say I need to call that company to cancel. I have spent more time than the saving was ever worth. I will never use this company again and advise no one else to be scammed by them. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SAME FREE DISCOUNTS YOU CAN GET OFF THE INTERNET ALL DAY LONG!! The owner is DON MAYER, (so they say).
