    Blooms Today prices seemed good at first with their offer of a 50% discount. Then they added in an enormous shipping and handling fee. Then they added in a $10/mo. membership fee that I did not realize I was agreeing to because they use very fine print at the end of the purchase process (they do not warn you before the end that you will be billed an additional charge). Also I could not cancel the membership for 2 weeks so I had to remember to call them back (another scam). By the end it would have been a little cheaper to order from another company.

    Blooms Today trick you into signing up for awards service with a hidden link and then when you call to cancel they give you such a hard time and they are so rude.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from Blooms Today. I ordered flowers and they did not arrive, I tried to call but just got a recorded message and could not leave a message so I sent an email and got no response, I called the local florist 3 times and the phone just rang. I called and finally spoke to the customer service agent who didn't really seem to care and said that the flowers were being delivered, I said that I wanted to cancel the order and she had an attitude.     do not get your flowers from blooms today!!! they will not be fresh (but old and ugly!!!) and the company is rude and horrible and doesnt care about their service!!!

    i warn you flower shoppers out there... buy somewhere else!!!

    Prices appear to be low, but after the S&H and an automatic $10 "rewards" charge is added on it works out to at most a 10% saving over competitors. They quickly recoup that because in the very small print you've signed up for a $10 monthly charge on your credit card. Although I cancelled as soon as I got my first bill (June 1)Blooms Today still billed me for the entire month of June. The end cost of the flowers was well over the competitors.     I placed an order for a Mother's Day arrangement that should have been delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. As of Monday, the flowers had not been delivered. I tried to contact the customer service number but only got a recorded message to call back Monday. Finally was able to speak to a real person Monday and was told I would receive a refund and the flowers would be delivered Monday free of charge.     I spent $57 on flowers from Blooms Today for my mother. I visited my mother after I sent the flowers. I never have seen such an embarrassing, miserable set of flowers in all the years I have sent flowers !

    I was referred to Blooms Today by the funeral director in another state (my sister had died) When I contacted their site it had a headline saying that I could receive a discount if I placed the order that day. Which I did and charged to my credit card. The charge for the flowers went through my credit just fine. Then someone started making a $9.95 charge on my card each month since then.     This place is absolutely the worst place to order anything from. Please do not order from this place.
    Ok, I placed an order for delivery two weeks prior to the date of delivery, andon their site they say that your order will be delivered by 5:00.     I ordered from Blooms Today for next day delivery for my sister's birthday. The email confirmation stated that the order was sent to a local florist for processing and delivery. When I spoke with her at 5pm the next day, she still had not received the flowers. I called the florist and he said, "Oh, ok we'll make it right now." ? By 6:15 my sister had her flowers but it didn't even look like the arrangement in the picture. Lesson learned; I'm never buying from them again.

    We ordered a white sympathy basket from Blooms Today and it was the worst arrangement we have ever seen. A child could have done a better job. My family was embarrased.

    After placing an order with Blooms Today, including the 4 hour rush rate, I was contacted my their contracted florist. The florist told me they could not deliver to the area where I wanted the flowers to go to because it would cost more.
    Blooms never called me to say this was an issue and they stated that they would deliver to the area code specified on my order.
    I finally called blooms and they told me I would need to pay additional fees for this delivery.
    Operators were rude.

    I ordered flowers from Blooms Today as a congratulatory gift for my best friend. When the flowers were delivered, late!, they sent a picture and the flowers were nothing like the website showed. I called and asked to re-deliver ASAP an arrangement that looked like what I spent $125 on. They said they would redeliver ASAP and give me a discount, but over a week later they had not.     If you use Bloomstoday know that your flower order will be transfered to a real flower shop. Why not deal with the real flower shop in the first place and get a better deal. Would it not be better to talk to the person who is going to make the arrangement or a person sitting at a computer who knows nothing about flowers.

    I had 2 deaths in my family in 3 days. I ordered a funeral arrangement on Friday from Blooms Today. Saturday I received a call stating they couldn't deliver the flowers at all and I would apparently get a refund by midnight that day. Well 4 days later I am still waiting and haven't recieved it yet. This was all the money I had to send flowers for my sister-in-law funeral. After calling twice I was told I would get my refund in approximately 5-7 days.     www.bloomstoday.com has poor customer service. Flowers were delivered 1 1/2 days late and I was given very poor excused. After several phone calls and 24 hours later, only 1 rep called me back (but did nothing).I received my confirmation at 11:51 am (Wednesday) for flowers to be delivered the same day.     I feel I received very bad customer service from Blooms Today. I placed an order by phone and they delivered totally wrong flowers (both arrangement and color). They refused to refund my money although they claim 100% customer satisfaction. Will not order from them anymore.

    I wouldn't use these guys again. For the few bucks I saved, I would rather deal with someone else. LATE delivery, poor customer service. I ordered sympathy flowers on Saturday morning and they didn't make it there until WEDNESDAY. The people that take the customer service calls aren't empowered to actually do anything about the issue - they pass it up the chain and I got a poorly worded automated response and no actual satisfaction.
