Good Points: Relatively simple ten step program modifying the foods you eat and add walking to your daily routine to lower your cholesterol without the use of drugs, with recipes and web resources.
Bad Points: Self-motivation and commitment to a lifestyle/lifetime change to improve one's health.
General comments: Cholesterol Down is an excellent book to read and learn how to lower your cholesterol without the use of drugs; by changing the foods we eat, and adding walking at least 30 continuous minutes briskly to your daily routine. I like walking for the scenery, but not self-motivated enough. Finally I got myself going. I don't like to walk in the sunny weather, so I get up early in the morning to motivate myself to do the walk before the overcast is lifted and the sunny climate shines.
The nine foods to add are easily obtained and quite frankly fills me up that there isn't much room left for those cholesterol ladened foods. The more you can perform daily the ten steps, the better the results of lowering your cholesterol. Would definitely recommend.
