Good Points: Call centre is in the U.K not in India where you are passed around like yoyo as i have been with B.T took me 3 hours to get one thing sorted
Bad Points: Not come accross any bad points
General comments: I have been with euphony for over 6months i have had no problems as yet overall comparing to B.T its very cheap i am saving alot of money cant wait to leave B.T totally as i have the calls only and line rental is cheaper with euphony than B.T you can save upto £3.50 a month if your with Euphony

Been using Euphony for a few years now, no major problems. Cheaper line rental now, plus a very cheap inclusive call package. But Not open weekends- Read Guest's review (26 words)

Euphony gives me fantastic service, online billing available, I saved about £30 per month compared to bt. esy to connect, uk call centres too. martin lewis - money saving expert says they are the best also no line rental as yet - they say they are introducing this before 2009 - can't wait to get rid of bt for good!- Read Guest's review (65 words)

I would recommend Euphony if asked about it. Change over was swift & hassle free, plus talking to someone based in the UK was a bonus. Have dropped my bills quite a bit.- Read benny68's review (38 words)

Euphony - Review - A bunch of rip-off merchants. Avoid them.
A couple of years ago a friend introduced me to Euphony, telling me I could recieve cheap calls if I dialed a prefix number before my calls - very similar to a number of other companies.
