Management was not very transparent and did not provide good/any direction. Everything was expected to be done yesterday. Lots of non value everyday online meetings which's just hello/bye only and asking for anybody say anything. No technical people in team at all or they are remotely very far(South America, Florida), but very many "analysts" onsite who likes to stay on company 10+ years. “SO SO BAD ”

They pretend you have no phone line even though they had actually provided phone and internet services for a day on said phone line. Cancelled within the 14 day period due to there lies and money making schemes (I would have to pay £50+ for an engineer to install a phone line even though I already had one) The customer service team fobbed me off telling me all the reasons under the sun why I did not in fact have a line. Joined in march 2014, delivery of router was quick set up was also quick, ive yet to have one complaint about it, everything's fine :) cheap every month too, my sister recently signed up and see says the same, not a bad word or complaint could be said. Being totally honest I can find any fault with New Call until recently when received a letter from them stating that they are very concessions about security and because I am using a router not supplied by them they are unable to update the software and if I do not update it within 7 days the will terminate my contract. Having told Primus/New Call that my father died and a few days later sending a copy of the death certificate as requested I was surprised to get repeated emails addressed to him. Phoning again I was told that only one arm of their company had registered that information and that now I had phoned again both accounts and customer services would be made aware of his death. “Primus is very bad ”

Nowhere on the product information page or on the term and conditions did it indicate that a those charge would be applied. “Wrongfully charge you for equipment not returned”

I had primus for 5 years paid each month the equipment fee but when I closed the acct & return the equipment they still charge my card for $169.50 for equipment not returned called primus several tmes fax them the tracking number no success So finally I had to dispute it with my credit card to investigate & got the credit from my credit card after 3 months.Will never never recommend the primus service to anyone it is a living nightmare when you cancel their services they will make sure that you… Read Full Review

How obvious is this. Such a positive comment and one of which, is very defensive towards New Call Telecom. A customer wouldn't post a defensive comment like this because it doesn't affect them from a customer prospective. This has to be an employee who has either been ordered to write this comment or somebody from a higher management. The account holders name is a new account at the time of writing this and the account holder has only posted 1 review, which is just this one. How stupid do you think people are to actually fall for this. Stop trying to deceive people. there is nothing worse than a desperate company going to such extremes to defend itself. If your company was so good, there would be no need to defend yourselves in this manner.

“You want Cheap ?”

Lost phone service for 3 weeks so no internet (although BBand is through another co.)After spending literally hours calling them on cell phone, engineer eventually called and rectified fault at the exchange. They then credited my payment to another account and started sending me reminders. Once the 'missing' payment was found I arranged Direct Debit payments. to think I nearly changed to Primus from Talktalk which did similar with my direct debits. I was lied to by the Primus saleman so that made me look a bit firther into this company and frankly they sound as bad as Talktalk!

“Customer services worse than useless - they really...”

Only reason I'm with them is because BT keep hiking the prices behind your back and I needed a cheap line rental for the my broadband connection with another provider. The good They are cheap and I do have a dial tone.
