    Okay so the customer sevices are not good! but hey if you pay ya bills on time you never need to speak to them anyway! the couple of times i had to i got my point across and it got resolved.
    I had nothing but stupid charges with bt i think i spent more time on the phone to BT than i did anyone else - i hated them so much i payed over 100 pounds to get out of my 12 month contract!

    Customer service is at its lowest, never seen before.
    Management is non existence.
    I call Primus Telecommunications 10 times for support and all 10 times, the support staff requested that I try the same procedure I try the previous 9 times.
    I was so frustrated.

    No problems with Primus Telecommunications and much much cheaper than BT. Recommended

    Absolutely rubbish company. Customer service is appalling, the bills are hard to follow and a rip off. Was sent a bill for £65 more than I owed, they refuse to acknowledge letters or emails and instead cut your phone off for £20. Now my bill was paid 2 days after it was due, I pay by standing order, and they cut my phone off. Cant phone them to sort it. They also ask for payments every 3 weeks, and now I cannot get onto the website to view latest bill. Am now switching back to BT. P ...
