    Good Points: The food and ambiance


    Bad Points: The service is usually pretty good but I have found that when it's busy it seems to dramatically go down hill.


    General comments: The Birch at Woburn is overall a nice pub. The food is nice and reasonably priced but I feel that some of the staff think the place is world class which it clearly isn't. When approached with a query on our bill the staff member we dealt with seemed unhelpful to us and we felt this really let the place down.
