Good Points: They gave us a mortgage when nobody else would because of our adverse credit.
Bad Points: They have made us pay for it ever since we took the mortgage out, our interest rate has risen to 9.4% which is 993 pounds a month, my marriage has split up because of the strain of it and I am now having to sell my house.
General comments: These mortgage companies like Rooftop should be penalised for giving the mortgages out in the first place, in hindsight we should probably never have taken the mortgage out, which is the reason no other company would give us one. We tried our best to keep up the payments which we have but they have been of no help to us whatsoever. I cannot wait to finally sell the house and get out of this.
