Kids meals were dried out and of really poor quality. Service was slow and unhelpful; We had to get up and ask someone to come and clear our table ages after we finished our main course and wanted to have a llok at the dessert menu. Food was not of great quality compared to other resturaunts in town of the same price range and was served lukewarm with wrong side orders.

We did bring this to the attention of Quay West Wine Bar & Restaurant staff when paying bill and just got "sorry" with no explanation as to an overall poor experiance.
