    Cae back from an amazing hol 3 days ago and so sad to be home. I dont nderssnd how anyone can fault this hotel. We all had a fantstic experience. Entertainment in evening and daytime was fantastic. Rooms spacious and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. All the staff were really lovely - would def recommend and although i dont usually return tto the same place myself and my family def want to go back

    Lanzarote Bay Hotel staff brilliant hotel should be four star food great.

    Good pool. Bad location. Patio door didn't lock, damp in bath room, roof leaked, water came under door, air conditioning was hanging out of roof. All of this was in room c311. Rubbish even though it was refurbished last year.

    The Lanzarote Bay Hotel was being shut down in October 2007 for refurbishment and I think this showed in the attitude of the staff.
    Overall, the hotel was clean, food was plentiful, entertainment was OK, the children enjoyed it and the reps did the best with the resources they had. However, the pool was freezing cold and the floor was too hot to walk on without shoes.
