Many, many arguments about damage to my equipment whilst it was having a battery fault fixed. It left here in mint condition, they paid for courier (so they are responsible for damage in transit). They say box was undamaged and gave me the video (after a lot of arguments) - which shows a damaged box. Shameful service - but it seems consumer protection is limited because they are the repairers not the sellers. They still have my equipment, over a year later. If your Asus device goes wrong you may as well throw it away and save yourself a lot of grief.
