wow, I love my phone. I used to have a blackberry but upgraded to the new iphone 5s and now my blackberry looks like it came from the 1980's! I looked at a Samsung but it was too big - yes, it's possible that a phone is too big! It will take me some time to learn the new iphone but that's ok. I wish it had google maps, but hopefully I can figure out the new app. thank you apple for inventing the future! (read more)

When my company started operations, I have been looking for computers to buy for my company. I have bought 7 iMacs and i have been very happy with all of them, they provide best quality hardware and software. Additionally due to fact that it is not Windows, which catches viruses and trojans every 2 weeks, all information has been secured and there was no problems with any of them, even due to fact that our company uses compueters specifically for internet browsing. I really wish none of you will need to contact Apple UK phone customer service. I had with them the worst experience of my life. Spent 2 hours wityh 2 different operator totally unhelpful, trying to let care of the issue seriously and professionally. No way, they just repeat what there's on their screen or what the supervisor suggested, without adding any human value. At this point, why not give all to SIRI and other automatic answering machines. If you buy an Apple product no matter what it is you will never look back. I've had the iphones for a while and i can't understand why you would use anything else. Buy an iphone and you will not regret it. I also have a Macbook Pro and i'm loving the new Mountain Lion upgrade. Its well worth the price tag and makes using your mac even more enjoyable. I was going for my morning swim with my ipad as I ussually do when it jumped out of my hands into the pool, Now it won't even turn on , I even tried rice. THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO MY WATER PROOF KODAC. (read more)

As a Graphic Designer, I've used Mac computers for many years. About 6 months ago, I invested in a Macbook Air as I needed something light and powerful for when I have to travel. It still amazes me how much they pack into such a small machine. From the first moment going online to buy until my new computer arrived, it was a total pleasure. Ten out of ten every time. Yep, I've done it and gone ahead and ordered the new ipad. Am so excited to receive it this friday! I was one of the lucky ones who was able to get onto the apple website before it crashed and managed to get my order in. Had to have it shipped to a US address, but I have family out in the states who will be bringing it out to me. The happy coincidence is they were due to fly out at the weekend to england anyway, so I should have it in my hands on Sunday :) Overall I'm well happy with apple... (read more)

Awesome machine, extremely fast, does everything Apple says it does. Looks and performs beautifully. So easy to use, you can literally have 20 applications open at once without any problems. I love this machine, get one. Quality, you can't beat a Mac. (read more)
“Terrible way to treat a loyal customer”

My iphone 4 was stolen from me on January 20th 2012. After making a claim with my insurance company the claim was eventually declined based on the fact the phone had been 'replaced' by Apple and could therefore be fraudulent. I wasn't sure what this meant and was advised to contact Apple. On doing so the Apple employee informed me that my stolen phone (which had been barred and reported to the police immediately) had been replaced in an official Apple retail store. Six years ago, I bought an Apple iMac primarily for video editing. Up until then, I'd been a PC user. Now I have a MacBook Pro as well and my wife has a Mac mini - and neither of us would ever go back to a PC. The Macs just work, yes, they crash and are as prone to "user errors" as any other computer, but they are so hassle free.
I did have a problem with the hard disk in the iMac (not bad after six years) and repairs can be comparatively expensive, but you get what you pay for in my...

Simply hands down the best computer money can buy. Quality is excellent and the operating system is state of the art. Microsoft can't even compare, Apple truly is the best option here. I was a PC fan until I bought my first Apple, my only complaint is that I did not switch to Apple sooner. If your thinking of buying a computer for your family or just for yourself Apple is hands down the leader of the pack. You pay extra but you know its going to last, and in the end it will be the best... (read more)

My story with Macintosh:
I'm now 24 years old now and I was using Windows-PC's from 1997 until spring 2006.
I then got the taste of the Macintosh platform from a friend of mine who's a graphics designer.
I then almost ran to the stores and bought myself a PowerMac G5. Still have it and still use it daily...It has crashed two times throughout the two and a half years I've had it now. I haven't yet reinstalled my mac to get rid of spam, viruses and junk. My old PC used to crash 7 times a year on...

I found this review helpful because... it does contain a lot of truths that PC (Microsoft) devotees would not agree to. I have a G3 iMac, G4 iMac and and an eMac. The oldest is nearly 8/9 years old and the youngest is 5 years old (eMac). They all work and the G4 iMac and the eMac can use the latest system (Tiger X10.5.4) quite ok, have not tried to update G3 as it is rarely used now. Can Vista be run on a normal computer 5 years old? Apple are changing tack on the next installation of the Snow Leopard OS10 System as I believe it will only run on Intel based computers, this being I think the first time it is not backward compatible. The iLife suite you get with macs, totally integrated and seamless, nothing like it on the PC scene, you have to get 'bolt' on extra programs for PCs. PC bashing - No, I used to teach on PC's Desktop Publishing and know the difference between the 2 system interfaces. Macs are superior in design, stability and in the long run cheaper as they hold their 2nd hand price as well, plus you can run Vista on it AS WELL if you want - 2 computers for the Price of ONE.
