I have brought around 9 of their products and 8 of those have all become faulty or failed within a 2 year mark. When you pay for example £70 for a mouse, under two years is not acceptable. Contacted company and advised them of this and was ignored completely. Terrible TERRIBLE company. They sound good but in reality their products are high end but arent made to last as they want to you come back and purchase another £50/70 mouse within 2 years when a £10 jobby from currys or something would last much longer. In short, flashy product but faulty and poorly made. Also terrible customer service.

Brought a razer vespula mouse matt for £30 within a few weeks it had lost the logo on the wrist rest, the speed side got badly scratched (by a new razer mouse) and then the other matt side the control side started to go bubbly! I did not realise it only had a 6 month warranty and razer refused to help as I waited to long to contact them due to being so busy. I won't be buying razer again and I would recommend that nobody buys this they expect you to buy two a year at a cost of £60!

I got new headsets for my birthday - Razer Electra. Must say i'm more than pleased as to what sound comes out of them but also how they fit on. Very nice quality, decent price.
