Good Points: Staff are friendly
Bad Points: Very often runs out of food items over the lunchtime period . Will overcook items such as rolls so that they are inedibly chewy. Hardly ever any sauces such as ketchup. never any brown sugar . The tables are often dirty . The food is no longer prepared on the premises and if an item runs out that means it is no longer available. I witnessed one woman asking for an item and she was told that she would have to wait until it was de frosted as the item was frozen,as this Ritazza is in a busy Ferry Port and people are looking for food that they do not have to wait for The idea of waiting until an item is de frosted seems somewhat ridiculous.
General comments: The Ritazza in the Dover port has not been at all impressive from my experience, it seems that the food you require is hardly ever available as they do not make it on the premises, surely this would be a good selling point if the customer could see their food being prepared, it says freshness to the customer and it also says that"Yes it's not on display but we can make that for you" good customer service.
