    Good Points: The loan I was offered was at a decent rate. I got a decision within a few hours. They searched various lenders to find me the best deal based on my credit rating (which is okay). I do not go ahead and went into an IVA instead as it consolidated my debts without the need for another loan which being honest I could not afford to pay at the time.


    Bad Points: They did a credit search.


    General comments: I am happy with the IVA and that I did not get another loan to consolidate my debts. Their advice was helpful and I had a visit from an advisor to go over the paperwork. I asked for this as I don't want to do this sort of thing over the phone.
