I purchased a Splasharound pool with a 30 yr warranty. It failed after 6 years. With the warranty, the pool I purchesed for $4700.00 will cost me $4250.00 to replace. Thanks for nothing Splasharound. (read more)

I purchased a splash around pool from paddock pools i have had the pool only 3years and it now has seam leaks everywhere and splash around pools will not honor the warranty they said we would have to pay to sip the liner to the company so they could repair that the liner is in repairable the seam all the way around leaks, it is considered a poor pool company. I purchased a Splash Around Pool one year ago, from a factory outlet. Now the side seam is splitting causing the pool to leak. The factory outlet is out of business, so I contacted the pool manufacturer. They refuse to honor the 10 year 100% warranty on the membrane that was represented to us by the factory outlet, saying that it was sold to the outlet as a discontinued product with no warranty.
