I personally beleive 02 is really rubbish. I top up £15 and only get free calls and text to people on 02! RUBBISH! t-mobile: even though you only get unlimited texts, its to all networks. if 02 were to change the £15 tariff to unlimited to all networks, they would have probably been the best network. BLYK is a bargain. free calls and text for nothing which is £15 a month. it has a better overall rating than 02 and also customer service. BOOO YOU 02!

O2 has to be the worst of all the operators, I made the mistake of buying an Apple phone from them and signing up for a years contract, it has now been 5 months and I still can't make international calls or send or recieve texts when I'm abroard, I bought this phone as I need to get emails when I travel as I have my own sales company which deals with the whole of europe, and I still can't, but last week when I was in Poland I rang them and after 5 months they finally got it working, only thing i ...

I just switched from T-Mobile to O2, and I have my own recent phone so used their SIMplicity SIM-only package. At £10/month it's a bargain for what I use it for, and I really like the online customer service. In the first month I was a bit surprised that my bill was £15 but this turned out to be because I'd spent some time on an 0845 number and after doing some research I found that even O2's rate for this is good compared to the other providers. - Good coverage (better than T- ...

Have been with O2 for several years now and have not had any real problems. The Customer Service people have always been clear and friendly, which is very reassuring. I'm not too keen on all the special deals or gifts (prefer to keep things simple), but there aren't oo many unsolicited messages so its not too hassling.

I have been with 02 and the same sim for 7 years now on pay as you go. They have constantly sent me deals which does not effect how much i top up. I ended up topping up £15 every 3 months because i had so many deals at the same time which was covered by that £15. Free texts and minutes, you've just got to apply!

Only just started with o2 and so far thumbs up. But this is early days. There network coverage is impressive but then they are using the old celnet network which was always fantastic.

I switched from Orange to O2 and where I live in Surrey you get rubbish signal with Orange and not good customer services but on O2 I get great signal. With O2 I love this new tariff they've got, because everyone I call is on O2 I get O2 Unlimited so if I top-up by £15 I get Unlimited Calls and Texts to O2 Numbers and I get to use the £15 to call and text people that aren't on O2 or download games with the WAP.

02 billing system, one of the worst system specially when you have been offered a promotion plan. The strategy planning with 02 is not for a simple hard working straight forward man. 02 better do this first before paying the adverts - make your strategy simple & straight forward

I have been on o2 pay and go for years and I wanted a new phone and I found out it is cheaper for me to go on pay monthly, I had a bit of credit on my pay and go phone and phoned up o2 and they were friendly and helpful. I went through to the monthly line first but this was the wrong number. The guy I spoke to took my details and very quickly transfered me to the right people. In my experience, when someone transfers you, they want to get rid of you but no, he put me through to the right place an ...

I have been a o2 contract customer for about 6 years now and haver never considered any other network, untill recently. I asked them to change my bill date as i get paid at the end of the month and they agreed to this but have yet to do so, meaning my bill gets paid late and due to insufisant funds in my bank I incur charges, customer service's are rude and dont listen and it takes them days to answer emails. When I said I was changing network providers they gave me a load of rubish about being ...

This company is crap. Worst customer service ever. They couldn't even activate my phone right, then the 'free international CALLING CARD' didnt work! They say free international calls, but all they do is give you a calling card. No incoming calls from international, and its only to certain countries contrary to what the box says. In addition, YOU CANNOT CALL MOBILE PHONE INTERNATIONALLY FOR FREE. This is also not stated anywhere on the box or inside, anywhereI asked for support from customer ser ...

Happy enough with o2 at the minute, On o2 unlimited. Switched to o2 mobile when taking o2 broadband, Does seem very good than the times i got o2 then left them. Im happy enought with o2 now. Coverage is good, customer service is uk based, i get £5 off the broadband for having an o2 phone. Plus i got £5 for topping up my new sim, then i topped up by card a week or so later and got an extra £3. So yeah very happy with them now.

I have just gone to o2. I was with T-mobile for over 6 years and i found they were really helpful, i lost my phone and i had gone over my bill to around £400s and i had over one hundred missed calls from them. I think o2 is only good for the coverage but i would choose T-mobile any day if they had good coverage.

O2 are fine until you have to deal with customer service. On two seperate occasions spanning 5 years apart they are still patronising and not living in the real world. The only thing gooign for them is the I phone. i am amazed that they are still in business!

I have been with 02 forever and find them expensive and they do not reward loyal customers. I found sending a webtext depends on the weather as far as I can see...some days no prob & others "please wait while we process" could go on for hours!

O2 is the biggest UK network provider (mainly because it is part of BT). Simple, no changing rules or tariffs just easy phone network. Accessible anywhere with great coverage and highly compatible with all phones. With the introduction of the iPhone almost everyone is on O2 now anyway. Would highly recommend 100%, if I HAD to give another option I would say Virgin Mobile but thats a bit of a less serious network.! Top British Network

I contacted an O2 store to ask what time they closed they said 1730hrs and got there at 1725hrs having rushed through the traffic and got to the door and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and they would not open up to complete a sale. I am new to the o2 bubble! just ordered my new iPhone, wait and see if I'm happy with it - i'm sure i will be!

I have a fairly clear signal, but when my Nokia n95 crashed O2 would not replace it even though i had only had it for 3 weeks. I had to wait 4 months to get my phone back, and was still being charged throughout this time even though i could not use my phone.
