I will give them 0 stars is just so so so disappointing !! I have free 100 min and ect, but I haven't received even one message from people. I try to deal with O2 about it and in the end they told me so you can leave O2, because we can do nothing about it!! There seems to be an issue with mobile coverage at weekends and I'm seriously fed up. I've been with O2 for years but since starting my own business and rely on customers being able to contact me I'm looking for a new supplier as this is effecting my income. “ Don't care about Customer Loyalty- Computer says no.”

O2 Customer for 4 years, last 2 of which on contract with an iPhone. Rang them up at the end of my contract, "our existing customer always get the very best deals" First off they offer me a more expensive 4G contract on an iPhone 4! (iP4 is not 4G compatible) Secondly they then have the audacity to offer me a contract for an iPhone 5S which is £10 more expensive than a new customer would get. “Shocking customer service”

Call centre staff gave me incorrect information meaning that the staff either didn't know how there service worked or were intentionally lying to me. After I noticed the error and called O2 for 45 mins I was told everything was sorted after I then received a final demand for £575 for a phone and contract I didn't have I called O2 back again I was told everything was sorted however a month later they then cut the service for the phone and contract I do have! “No Network Coverage for 10 Days So Far”

I have a contract with 02 and I have not been able to use my phone for 10 days due to 2 transmitters being down in my area. I was fobbed off with every excuse going until my 7th phone call, 8 days later, when an operative actually told me the truth. I am not happy and will not be renewing my contract. “Poor coverage, hidden charges”

They are probably the best of a bad lot, offering cheaper rates and less of the small print than the other major networks, but falling short of the value offered by virtual networks like Giffgaff (O2) or Virgin (EE). Their UK coverage is one of the worst on the market. They quote "99% of the population" on their site, but this is a false metric achieved by focusing on the major population centers. If you have an issue with your phone, the chat service team promise everything and deliver nothing. The O2 Complaints Resolution Service, which appears to be run by Capita (enough said), is even worse. Signal coverage, not as per O2's map. I have had a Sony z1 for 7 months and after 1 month it started to freeze and skip keys. Because I have cracked the back of my phone, they won't repair it unless I pay!! What a joke! I've been with O2 for 15 years! The store I got my phone from gave me discount which didn't get applied till a month ago which meant they owed me money! They was so slow at resolving this. I had been with O2 for 8 years. I was on payg until last year so I joined pay monthly on O2 refresh. I discovered I frequently lost signals for no reasons ? So I'd decided to pay off the phone and went back on payg! I joined o2 in 2008 and to be honest, when I first joined them, they were brilliant, the customer service was fantastic for a start (you used to get really good deals staying loyal) and the service was always reliable to. Been with O2 for around ten years. Had questions relating to my last two bills so contacted Customer "Service". I waited a very long time before I actually spoke to somebody whose only advice was to refer me to a third party. “3 Months with no coverage at home!”

Been with O2 since 2009 with no problems. Suddenly in March neither I nor the caller could understand each other, connection lasted for about 30 seconds, after which there was about 15 seconds silence before the call cut out. They are by far the worst customer service centre I have ever dealt with. I eventually wrote to the MD and that got things moving.
