I left O2 paid my account up and then two years down the line I found a default for £7 that I knew nothing about. when I rang then they said I owed nothing but would get a manager to ring me back within 24 hours. I've been an o2 customer for about 8 years now I tried to get a charger from them for a phone I've had for 6 month I have 2 contract phones and a tablet on pay monthly as well the price was ridicules I asked them for a free charger god knows they get enough money from me the customer service was very polite almost to the point they sounded like they thought I was a joke as soon as my contract is up I will be leaving them they seemed to find the fact that they hung up on me 3 times after trying… Read Full Review

O2 is the worst network ever! “Overseas internet access/phone charges are daylight...”

I called O2 to ask for the cheapest option to use my phone in Australia for a month's holiday. I was told there are no plans for travelling overseas but they would kindly cap my internet costs at £120 per month! And calls would cost 80 pence per minute back home plus extra costs to receive calls too. I then went to Three where I bought a £20 SIM card for the month, for that I had unlimited internet coverage and 300 minutes free calls. “bad experience ever”

They have been taking money through my account even after cancelled my contract. Not only tht when I contact them regarding this, they told me they will investigate and let me know. They did not contact me instead they pass me to the credit service. Will not recommend to anyone. They only care about money and not customer services. “Incompetent Customer Support and Difficult to Contact”

I ordered an iPad which was not delivered, but sent back to O2 by UK mail. The hastle I have had including having my phone barred because I would not pay for something never received and cancelled within 14 days has been unbelievable, a month on I am still getting messages to pay a bill which is incorrect. I have been a customer for over six years and about a year I got a phone with 2gb data paying around £35 per month. I called today to speak to someone in the business team to cancel my business contract and pay the overall balance of £71 by card, normally it's simple to contact a company to make a payment and cancel, but not with 02. I went in to get an upgrade on my phone since my 2 year contract was way overdue. I was recommended a Samsung S5 and the reason I got this was because the staff who was serving me said it was for £15 per month since I'm a student. The description also said 'no payment upfront.' If you've had bad service at O2 and want to complain, I wouldn't bother. You get pushed around from one place to another and if you complain about O2 in store then you'll get shrugged shoulders, 'it's not our fault this happened what do you want us to do about it?'
