If you've had bad service at O2 and want to complain, I wouldn't bother. You get pushed around from one place to another and if you complain about O2 in store then you'll get shrugged shoulders, 'it's not our fault this happened what do you want us to do about it?' This is Skipton by the way, having had loads of problems with my Grandad's phone. I CANCELLED 2 MOBILE PHONE CONTRACTS IN DECEMBER 2013. ONLY ONE WAS CANCELLED. TWO YEARS ON AND I AM STILL GETTING BILLS TOTALLING £165.00. SPOKE TO A MAN IN CALL CENTRE. 02 have continued to take monthly charges for over two years for a phone that was reported lost. Because they failed to update their records they say they are entitled to keep the £1,000 + they have taken as I should have known they were still taking the money even though they stopped sending me any statements two years ago. 02 are little more than common thieves who will rob you any chance they get. Had my contract for nearly 2 years and I have no signal. On talking to them through chat yet again I am being informed that there is nothing wrong with the service in my area, The person who I was talking to didn't seem to grasp the point I was making in telling him I was having same fault with a pay as you go on the o2 network. “Harrassment by O2”

I am a pensioner, and only have have a PAYG phonemainly for emergencies, and am sick to death of getting at least one call or text, every day, from O2, urging me to top up £15.00, in order to get free texts etc. I have found it virtually impossible to contact them, just beeing answered by recorded messages, and incurring further charges. “Web Top Up”

Bought a new iPhone 6 with £15 top up - providing 200 minutes, 2000 texts which should be good for a month. At the end of the month I decided to buy new top up month package for £10, 100 minutes, 1000 text - this is their simplicity plan. 

I have now tried 3 different cards, tried web top up 4 times, their 4444 number twice, even their land line number once. I cannot top up any way. Their chat line has no idea but suggested I drive to the nearest store (30 mile round trip) to top up.

I have had to continously contact o2 about picture messages not sending and a message appearing saying 'queuing for sending'. I ended up going into the shop to have this issue resolved. It has now happened again. Am I going have to keep traveling backup the o2 shop once a month to get the issue fixed? I should be entitled to £5 my bill every time this issue occurs to o2 fix the contract and honour there terms and conditions. In November 2014 was due for upgrade I asked for a Pac no. And was put through to sales who asked why I was leaving 02 I quoted terms offered terms offered by Tesco for £12.50 per month basically their equivalent of 02'S 300/300 at £15.00 per month the salesman offered me a £150 cash back deal. I had been with O2 for 6 years as long as I stayed with them things were ok they were a bit more expensive but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of PAC codes.
