  Barbie mp 3 player works ok the usb base docking unit is total rubbish and doesnt workif used the pc says usb device malfunctionedneither does the serial number to get on to the web site work

  I would say this device is a waste of money. Buy a cheaper one that may not be as frilly if you child is really interested in listening to music they will be much more happier with one that works when they want it to.

  Great for younger kids, very easy to use my 8yr old link it to the computer and goes onto barbie online (parental controlled)
  to play games etc.
  You can also accessorize it.
  Great for younger kids, very easy to use. Colourful and changable.
  Small parts easy to loose!

  The Mattel Barbie MP3 Player is a really good MP3 player. Its easy to use, great value for money and does what kids will want it to do. Listen to music! Thats what its for, it doesnt need to play games or have a built in wireless ISP.
  Great to see technology kept simple, this way the kids can use it without having to ask me what to do with it everytime something strange happens to it.

  The Mattel Barbie PL3 player was a great purchase for my daughter. She loves it. She had been asking for an MP3 player for so long and we spotted this and got it for her. The battery life isnt the best but thats something easy to solve. Its got enough music to keep her entertained for hours, which is great on long car journeys.

  Not recommended. Volume cannot be made high - so young kids can't damage their ears.Looks pretty. Music quality is pathetic in my experience - At the price charged it should be very good.Poor build Quality - First one I got had bad headphone connection socket on receipt and had to be replaced much to me four year old granddaughter's disappointment.

  I hadn't even heard of this Mattel Barbie MP3 player until I accidentally found it during an online search. I purchased the player just out of curiousity. I love this player. It is my daughters first MP3 player and she loves it too. It is the cutest thing in the world. After purchasing it for my daughter, I let her friend play with it to see if she liked it also. Her friend loved it too. I have purchased 3 more for her friend and 2 cousins.

  Pretty quick and easy to get loaded with music once you get the computer to recognize the usb. So cheap that you're afraid to even pick it up for fear of it breaking. After a few times of use, the light stayed on, the computer no longer recongizes the usb and it no longer works. Also, the usb prong is actually ON BOARD the mp3 player. it recesses, but frankly I think this is not a good idea as it is prone to damage, etc.

  I think the Mattel Barvie MP3 player is really cool, I like it but i think thats its far too expensive and should be made cheaper so more people like me can afford it.

  I think Mattel should lower the price of the Barbie MP3 player to about £25 - £30, as they would actually be making more money, because, if it was cheaper, more people would buy it, instead of them having to pay £60!! I am definitely not buying it at that price!!

  Are you a Barbie girl in a Barbie world? Or are you just a normal girl in a normal world? Either way, the Barbie girls MP3 player and virtual site is perfect for you!! I've got one of these, and it's REALLY cool! I just can't stop going on their online virtual website! www.barbiegirls.com, and the MP3 player is superb! It's suitable for any age! I LOVE it.

  In my opinion the new Barbie MP3 players which are to be released sometime later this year are going to be one of the biggest sellers this Christmas. Not only is it a stylish music machine it's also a doll and it links to the new Barbiegirls website.
  I've been fortunate enough to be given a Barbie Mp3 player in order to test it out and I think it's fantastic.
