Good Points: the best part about this cd is that i downloaded it and didnt spend 20 bucks on it.
Bad Points: ill let the lyrical content and lazy production speak for itself
General comments: Lets put it this way .. Mr jackson must be out his mind if he thought this would sell even remotely close to get rich or die tryin', which was an incredible album lyrically and production-wise by the way... This stuff is almost as half-ass as his buddy lloyd banks' rotten apple attempt, which was a pathetic album considering ur second album is just as, if not more important than ur first album...and finally, mr mathers, who one day will go down as by far the greatest wordsmith in the entire rap era, said himself that the song 'peep show' was only supposed to be on 'the re-up' ...which was just nothing more than a top-notch mixtape ...dre and em musta been like 'dude ur 50 cent... this is the best u got'???

50 has lost it. His first album Get Rich Or Die Tryin is a classic, however somewhere over the bridge he fell off. Wack. Any true hip hop fan will feel the same. I've listened to Hip Hop from the days of the Wu. DON'T BUY. Waste of money. Let him fall even further.- Read hiphophead's review (75 words)

Review on 12th Sep 2007Clearly 50 still has the talent to recreate the magic, but with Curtis, he won’t wow many but the most diehard of fans here.

Well I'm not the biggest Hip Hop fan but am open to anything so when I heard that 50 Cent had released much awaited new album Curtis in it's entirety on Myspace I decided to give it a listen.
Well it's actually quite good. Admittedly this is my first foray into 50 Cent as an artist and I do not claim to be an expert on Hip Hop, however I can see why he has such a following. There's 16 cracking tunes here including single Ayo Techology featuring Justin Timberlake. Definitely worth checking out ...- Read Great and Gorgeous's review (132 words)
