    Good Points: Ok quality screen, when working.


    Bad Points: No customer service to speak of.


    General comments: I bought a Formac Gallery 1900 monitor for my mac a couple of years ago, and it came with a 3 year warranty. When it went wrong 18 months later, it was returned to me by them in the same condition repeatedly following repairs. It took 6 months of shuttling it back and fro to Germany to get fixed, during which time I had to buy another monitor. Though based in Germany, their UK operation in London (W4 1RX) appears to have a staff of two, as all inquiries end up with the same person. I suspect they are merely shipping agents. Google the words 'Formac' and 'customer service' for an insight in to this company. Don't waste your money buying from a company with little or no customer service, proper manufacturers like Samsung produce cheap mac compatible monitors these days.
