General comments: Gary Rhodes, Short-cut Rhodes: 60 Quick and Easy Recipes is a great guide for creative cooking with 50 easy to follow recipes with ingredients that you are likely to have in your cupboard, therefore it is essential for those busy parents. Ingredients used are cheap so when things do go wrong you've not wasted too many pennies. If you want simple and speedy dishes then this is the cook book for you, with clear easy instructions that even my children can follow its great. Last week they made me a Jaffa Cake Pudding for my birthday.
