    Bad Points: Absolutely none. Even though I have all of Delia's updated "healthier" books, the Complete Cookery Course is still the one!


    General comments: Every home should have a copy of Delia's Complete Cookery Course. I have used this book for 28 years (my edition is 1978) and if I have a spare moment it's still the book I sit down to flick through. That is saying something, as I have almost 4,000 cook books!
