    Vile, disgusting racist racist thug of a mangager. Ben here to help, that's a laugh! I went into complain about the bad service and heard him taking the mick out of two staff members refereing to them as sooty and sweep (a Black and an Asian salesmen) and swearing using the F word as every other word this man is a vile bully.

    I complained about the state of a car I purchased, the deal was changed by them manually changing the order form, they falsified my signature on documents to get the finance paid out quicker- like they knew I was going to cancel but hard to prove. This Ben character was threatening to me and my wife.

    I only hope I can warn people from going there. I only wish now that I had bought my C max from a main Ford dealer, not these thieving low life cowboys. I was an ex rental car, covered in marks and dents, they told me it was sold as seen! I hope that more unhappy people write compliants to make them realise they can't treat customers like this. They should be closed down. And if you are old, overweight, disabled or not white, expect them to be making fun of you out earshot!

    I'm annoyed to have to give them one star, they deserve none!

    I purchased a vehicle from Swindon Motor Park a used clio, I used the instant chat as i was at work put a deposit on the vehicle then came and drove the car.

    I thought that the staff were more than helpful also they spent time with me ensuring that i understood everything before signing! I felt i was more than looked after.

    I recommended a friend who also purchaed a vehicle and they sent me £50.00 for this which i thought was brill!!

    i had a really good experience at swindon motor park. i have never before had such an enjoyable experience whilst spending so much money!
    my salesman helped me choose my car and the finance package was just right including a warranty so i have nothing to worry about until i am due to change again.

    swindon motor parks are really careless of their customer they do not care at all and i am really unhappy, asked us to pay for some reparation even under warranty, what is the point then to have a warranty with them i will not recommand anyone to go ther they will just steal you.

    these is my honest review on swindon motor park

    swindon motor park charged me money to repair my car which i bought from them just 2 months old and was covered under warranty and were very very rude.

    their staff is not disciplised at all

    never ever try swindon motor park in your life

    I felt like I was being bully, and treated like a stupid female. On the paperwork they said pick up date to be agreed, this is rubbish you have 48 hours to find alternate loan, or if you refuse their high payment load you lose your deposit, this was not mentioned until after they took the deposit off me. To me this is poor salemanship, and should be shut down.
    I was told Swindon Motor Park would hold unto the car until I could arrange a cheaper loan elsewhere.

    brought a citroen c3 18 months ago from Swindon Motor Park, had it serviced, not very nice experience, now the gear box has gone. paid £6500.00, replacement gear box £4500.00. can we talk to anybody no, do they care, no!, i don't know what to do next, anybody got any idears. a part from never, never, buy anything from them. oh i was stupid enough to pay cash. no returns, and the principle does not work weekends.

    Staff totally rude and incompetent! Promised numerous calls and never got them back. Picked up car without MOT or correct tax taken months and still not sorted.
    Everything was bad at Swindon Motor Park, check the internet advert details against your car fully- huge mistakes with mine such as mileage! Promised things like mot, tax and hpi check had to chase to get them done even arrived to pick up the car and after driving away found there was no MOT and the tax they put on the car was for a tot ...

    Poor service, rude staff at Swindon Motor Park. No call backs when promised, problem with car after collecting. Even after official complaint nothing improved. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN,!! Worst ever retail experience.
