Quality company from initial visit through to completion of the job. Sales rep was friendly and helpful with design advice. I had georgian windows installed and they look fantastic. Phil and Rory the install team were brilliant. They put dust sheets down evrywhere and took their time with the installation of the windows. They were very particular with the finish of every window and also hoovered up any mess. Would have liked to know about GHI before i contacted the nationals.

After having pushy sales reps round from a few national companies i decided to get a quote from Guild Home Improvements after reading positive reviews about them on this website. Sales rep was polite and wasn't pushy. Design advice was fantastic; at last a company that cares, not a salesman looking to make a quick buck. Fitting guys were great. Great company - great product - great price. Salesman was experienced and helpful which gave me confidence in using them. Glad i did. My new bays and doors have been fitted to such a high standard. Fitters were also extremely tidy. Aftersales service is fantastic aswel as i rang in about my door needing slight adjustment; aftersales department sent an engineer the same day. Having received quotes from a few national companies i decided to contact Guild Home Improvements after reading about them on this website. Sales rep was polite and friendly; their product was alot better than the national companies as it had more locking points and many unique extras that i wasnt able to find elsewhere. After reading all the positive reviews, we contacted Guild Home Improvements to check whether they would come out as far as Henley on Thames. They said they did. The salesman was very efficient and courteous and you knew exactly where you stood on the total price (no hidden extras). He covered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly.

Having tried several window companies, and experiencing long sales pitches and unbelievable prices that dropped rapidly with discounts for this and discounts for that, we were quite cynical about getting our seven windows replaced. But Guild Home Improvements is just brilliant!

Having read the reviews and visiting Guild Home Improvement's website my husband and I decided to go along to the Epsom Showroom to have a good look at the products, nice professional people with a friendly approach. Just had my windows fitted by Guild Home Improvements . Absoloutely delghted!!! Would like to thank all previous reviewers posts on Guild Home Improvements as i contacted them after reading about them on this website. Great sales rep, friendly, professional advice on design, no ridiculous price drops like other companies i had round. Fitting team were brilliant; polite, tidy and fitted the windows superbly. Will definately reccommend to friends and family.

Just had the windows replaced at the front of my house by Guild Home Improvements. Agree with previous reviews stating that Guild Home Improvements were a professional company. Very impressed and grateful for the quality of job and service provided. At last....a double glazing company that cares. Would definately reccommend to friends and family. Will be having them back to do the back of the property before Christmas.

Living in a Victorian property I resisted double glazing for years as their appearance looked out of place on a period property. When I saw a neighbour's Guild Home Improvements sash windows (not wood) I immediately changed my mind. From start to finish everyone involved was positive, friendly and very hardworking.
Charming salesman, no pressure. Perfect time-keeping. Nice folk altogether.
They look good and I have since recommended them to four friends.

The window frame that was sold to us by Guild Home Improvements has a very good finish to it one of the reasons we used guild home improvements and was the best price for us by far. Very friendly and no hassle sales staff, the fitting team was on time and and clean and tidy glad to recommend.

Guild Home Improvements were brilliant they arrived when they said they would. They were tidy, friendly and very hardworking. I was impressed with there salesperson and the installers were excellent.

It was apparent right from the start that my wife and i were dealing with a quality company when it came to GHI. The sales rep was friendly, helpful, and didn't try the hard sell technique. He listened to what we wanted and then gave us advice about what would best suit our home. He was prompt and efficient and produced a short demonstration on why their window was the best. I have to say the quality of their window was superb which is why i went ahead with GHI. I am so happy that i chose them. ...
