We bought many cards from them. They sometimes work. But most of the time they cheat you out of minutes. We were to get 7cents a minute and paid 16-20 most of the time. Switched to Vonage with unlimited USA and international unlimited for what we need for 38 a month. So happy with service. No problems! None no hassles! Love Vonage. Watch your minutes o any phone card they ripp you off and then you call someone in India who gives you a free 15 minutes after ripping you off for 150 minutes. No... (read more)

The very first time I purchased a card from this website, it was okay no issue I was very glad. The second time, I started to wonder why I kept on losing minutes, Third time, same thing happen I called the customer technical support, they told me to wait 20 minutes, and try to make a call again. WOW, this sounds like NOTHING NEW with these people.
I signed on last year and have been purchasing phone cards to make calls to the south pacific region because they advertise great rates and it was good
Recently I purchase calling cards that advertise 36mins for my call and the aumated voice when I place the call says 28mins which means 8 mins is already lost before I evn start speaking. Then a few minutes into the call the call gets disconnected and I have to call their Customer services who promise to replace the missing minutes after 10 - 20 mins THEN another cut off before the FINAL message I get is "YOU have INSUFFICIENT FUNDS to make this call" and in all I would have just received just 7.52mins + 7.28 mins or a total of 15mins for the so called 36 mins advertised.
AND when I keep complaining with cutomer services my account got suspended cos they said I committed FRAUD when all I was asking for was the RETURN of lost minutes they stole.
THIS has been my experience...and the Company is BASED in OKLAHOMA

Phonecardsmile.com is a scam company. I bought a card that it listed for 9.1 cent/minute when in actuality it was 14.3 cents per minutes. Secondly, I bought another card for $10.00 with a service fee of $1.00, instead my credit card was charged $12.00 for this transaction. Phonecardsmile.com is a joke. Bought a $10 card to call S. Korea Cellular @ 0.5 cents a minute. Here's what happened:
Started at $10.
First call was 19 minutes, charged 39 cents, about 2 cents a minute. $9.61
99 cent weekly maintenance charged same day. $8.62
1 minute call next day @ 4 cents/minute. $8.58
13 minute call that night, charged 99 cents, about 8 cents a minute. $7.59
Called the card support number. They only help with "technical problems", told me to call website directly....

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought $5 600 minutes card name ASIA TALK. I used it only once for 15 minutes after it was activated. I tried to make a call two weeks later, I found out my time was all gone. Customer service told me there was 99cents maintenance fee after each call. And maintenance fee each week. If this is not rip off then what is.
