    Good Points: Durable, solid, virtually unbreakable, very realistic.


    Bad Points: Velocity could be higher.


    General comments: Excellent show piece, and toy.

    Izhmash, the Russian manufacturer of well-known firearms such as the Kalashnikov assault rifles, Dragunov marksman and sniper rifles, Saiga shotguns and so on decided to make a CO-2 powered airgun based on the AK design...

    This was the first Yunker, naturally the Yunker-1. Although similar in appearance to the later 2 and 3 models, the first one actually had a built-in ordinary CO-2 pistol by Baikal and it was firing through the gas tube above the real barrel as far as I know.
