    Purchased lights from this after calling to confirm stock. They charged my credit card before shipping in violation of their credit card agreement. Then 3 days later they call, tell me the parts never have been in stock, and try to up sell me.

    I then bought the same part from another site that stated they were not part of the same site. Guess what- Exactly the same result and the credit card charge was to the same company.

    This company will not be honest with you so avoid them.

    Would give zero starts if possible.

    I have been misinformed on many different occassions by this car part supplier. All these positive reviews do not ring true with me at all. I always have trouble with delivery and stuff.

    We've been using The Parts Bin website for about a year now and never had any problems with the parts or with the shipping. Thanks to the parts bin for making my car's maintenance easier because of your readily available parts.

    Best site ever. Got all stuff for your car. Delivers on-time. Takes care of you and treats you well. Great customer service like no other. Since I first bought some spark plugs here, I didn't shop on any site anymore.

    Cool site!...I'd been into thepartsbin.com for 2 months when my friend recommends it. I can say that they make satisfactory service to the customers. Love it... just wanna share - I recently purchased bumper to them and I'm indeed happy and solved with what I bought.

    Love my experience at thepartsbin.com, I can say that they have an excellent site. I'd been into online buying for a couple of years, and I did experienced lot of difficulties in other online retailers, all the time I'm buying to them - they give me free headache.
    Then, now thepartsbin.com is the only auto online retailer that I stick to. Basically because their products are really affordable and they have GOOD SERVICE. and that's what I'm looking for... definitely will recommend the site with ...

    I bought a brake shoe for my old hi-lux on-line.. It was kinda hard to search a product for an old model.. Not until I found this partstrain.. Lo and behold, hey were the only one who offered such product to me.. What I like best is that, it is hassle free and the merchandise arrived on time.. hehe.. To my delight, I gave a huge tip to the person who delivered my product.. Kudos!
    Highly recommended to everyone!

    It's not all good but it's not all bad as well. I experience a good customer service from the company besides from the fact that the company offers affordable prices. Just recently purchased a Acura CL Air Filter for my son's car. I confirmed to their customer service the product I ordered and made sure that it was correctly ordered. The person I talked to was very helpful to me. That was one great customer service I encountered though I receive the product late just one day.

    I like The Parts Bin because they offers cheaper prices compared with other online retailers.... they also provide good services as well.
    Last week I ordered bumper... hope that they will not increase their prices.
    Will shop there probably tomorrow... because I'm planning to buy floor mats for my car...

    Got online, found this website and saw a lot of good reviews about it. I saw their prices and at first I didn't really believe they were that cheap. I thought there had to be a catch. But it's been a month and I haven't found a catch yet.

    The low price of the parts from here is the main reason why I'm ordering from here again. Definitely. Found it had one of the lowest markups when I compared it to other auto parts websites. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service very polite and accommodating.
