I recently bought this in the argos sale for a tenner, after reading how popular they were on moneysavingexpert. 'low' or 'high' settings, and a 'keep warm' option. I work until 8.30pm twice a week, so it is perfect for me to put on before I leave the morning and leave on low all day. (read more)

I will never go back to using a saucepan for curries, stews and soups as this is fantastic. The way slow cookers break down the fibres in foods means everything stays intact. No breaking up of veggies, meats melt in the mouth and I can go to work and come home to an amazing meal. lamb curry takes about 6-7 hrs on low and 3-4 hrs on high. Auto is... (read more)
