    Good Points: Excellent Product. Fantastic Communications. Amazing Delivery.

    Bad Points: None.

    General comments: We bought an Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress having tried a variety of expensive 'sprung' mattresses over the years. We had always thought that the more one spent, and the greater the number of springs, were the necessary requirements for a good mattress and were therefore sceptical about how a 'foam' mattress might work. However I'm delighted to say that the Ergoflex has been amazing. An excellent buying (and sleeping) experience from start to finish. I was kept well informed about my purchases and delivery - we bought a double mattress for our spare room to begin with which was delivered in less than 24 hours. After we'd slept on it for a few days we ended up ordering a King Size and another double which, again, were delivered in less than 24 hours. Fantastic! I made an e-mail query about placing the second order which was fully answered within two hours on a Sunday afternoon and then a sales person called us back on Monday morning..that's service!

    An excellent buying (and sleeping) experience from start to finish when buying a Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress. Kept me well informed re; my purchases and delivery - bought a king size mattress and a single for one of our children. Once we'd all slept on them for a few days ended up ordering another for our other child. Just brilliant! Had a few issues with the second mattresses delivery via a courier but all resolved without to do.

    The Tempur beds are wonderfully alluring, dressed up beautifully in high end stores such as Selfridges. It's all very amusing testing them out as it's like sinking into a big stress toy. But considering I have rented flats since University and never bought my own bed, £1300 just for a standard sized mattress makes these slide on to the ultimate wish list.     Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress are absolutely superb...both product and service. Ergoflex delivered promptly (even 1 day early and I live on a Scottish Island which most people do not have a clue where to even look for it...), they kept me informed and where fantastic to deal with. Due to circumstances I had to keep the mattress packed and rolled up for 2 weeks before I could use it but that did not harm the mattress at all. I have now been sleeping on it for just under a week and it is heaven. ...

    After 4 weeks of use, we will never go back to a sprung mattress again.It felt very strange at first and we were sure we would really miss our electric blanket. After sleeping on the Memory Foam Mattress for a week or so I have to say both me husband and I were delighted. It felt very flat when we first lay down but within minutes we felt warm and so comfortable, your whole body is supported with a warm kind of softness. It's just fantastic.     Overall I am really pleased with my mattress. I have had two back operations following a sporting injury to my lower back a number of years ago and I had been experiencing chronic stiffness, back pain and pain in my legs after a few hours of being in bed. I frequently would be up and walking round the house in the early hours trying to get rid of the stiffness/pain.     We bought this Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress having tried a variety of 'sprung' mattresses over the years.     Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress is a great mattress. Very comfortable & worth every penny. However, big, big problems with the delivery. No matter how good the product is, you are seriously let down by the couriers (TNT) who couldn't care less!

    Speedy delivery. Not too heavy to manhandle upstairs. Easy unpacking (careful with scissors as vacuum packed). The Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress is a REALLY comfortable mattress. You will not be disappointed, especially at current sale prices and salesman called me back at 2110 in the evening to take my order as the sales staff had been so busy all day......that's service!

    Although there were problems with delivery of my Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress, I could not fault the company for their customer service and attitude. They successfully turned a disgruntled customer into a very satisfied customer, which is a rarity these days.

    Recently suffering from an irritable disc problem coupled with an ancient bed and mattress, I thought I'd invest in a new bed and decided on Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress after lots of research. As with everyone else's experience, the sevice is first class and many company's could learn a thing or two from them.     What can I say that hasnt already been said - fantastic ! I bought a single mattress for my daughter (she is 18), who had been complaining of a bad back and not being able to sleep very well.     On-line contact very user friendly. I requested a change of delivery date which was no problem. The whole process of ordering and delivery went very smoothly. The Ergoflex Memory Foam mattress is great, I turn and toss less, I don't have the same aches and stiffness when I awake that I was experiencing before.

    Just to say thank you very much for your excellent service, Ergoflex Memory Foam Mattress. It is really good to be told when the goods will be despatched, then texted and emailed and it actually arriving when you said it would. Pleased with the product. Keep up the good work!!

    We also have brought a ergoflex mattress and must say it is the best mattress we have brought. the service is first class, the communication between the company and ourselves were excellent and all my questions were answered straight away by e-mail. Excellent service and a pleasent company to deal with, please keep it up . Just looking at these reviews must tell you what a excellent product the ergoflex mattresses are.
