    Good Points: They will scoop your resume right up off the internet board and call you saying they have tons of jobs!!


    Bad Points: They will meet with you, spend over two hours going over your entire history from education on and then say all the right things and then never contact you again. On two occasions I have worked with them and the same thing happened both times. They required a meeting, a lengthy one at that and then they said a bunch of great companies in the area and then never called again. I got sent on tons of interviews with other local agencies and to some of the companies they mentioned. I finally got a job through another competitor of theirs.


    General comments: Out of 400 various staffing agencies in the Boston area, Winter Wyman in my opinion is one of the worst I have ever seen. They say they are strong in many areas, but they are requiring their recruiters to interview a certain number of candidates every week to meet a quota. One of their Recruiters who spent two full hours with me and whenever I talked with her and told her I was going on other interviews, she could not care less.
