    I ordered my jaguar XF from the team at First Vehicle Leasing, which was my 4th car from them. I received great service in all aspects of selecting my car.... from getting help to choose the best available vehicle for my budget through to managing the delivery from the manafucturer's dealer. I have recommended First Vehicle leasing to many of my business contacts due to their excellent 'hassle' free service and I know that everyone has been delighted with the service and value money offered by the team at FVL. I will buy my next car through FVL and would not hesitate recommending them again.

    The only negative comment I would have is that it is sometimes difficult to get straight through to your account manager but having discussed this issue directly with the Managing Director, he apologised and explained that it was mainly due to the volume of business that each of the account manager's were handling at that time. I supposed it's like an empty restaurant, nobody wants to go there! Thank goodness they are busy.

    Again, I have found that they are very approachable and willing to take customer feedback and I believe are one of the few companies around who are interested in listening and making the customer experience more personal.

    I placed an order with First Vehicle Leasing and told it would take 8 weeks for my audi A3 sportback TDIe in white to arrive. I contacted them at 6 weeks and advised it was on schedule. No call at 8-9weeks so I contacted them again, informed still in factory !! 14 weeks later my car arrived but loads of admin errors before and I was given wrong details for setting up insurance which was led to insurance being invalid. Also car driven to my address and they put that only 100 miles on clock when d ...
