    I placed an order with First Vehicle Leasing and told it would take 8 weeks for my audi A3 sportback TDIe in white to arrive. I contacted them at 6 weeks and advised it was on schedule. No call at 8-9weeks so I contacted them again, informed still in factory !! 14 weeks later my car arrived but loads of admin errors before and I was given wrong details for setting up insurance which was led to insurance being invalid. Also car driven to my address and they put that only 100 miles on clock when delivered when in fact they were 303!! I have also had problems with finance company they use due to delay in admin transfer when car delivered and since had problems with account for payments. One problem after another and when I wrote to complain, I had no response from them, I have since sent a second complaint and waiting an answer. Fabulous car but very poor customer service and they dont give correct advice when you contact them.
