Good Points: I loved this machine when i first got. It was easy to use, looked great and played a tune when the wash was finished. It was one of the best machines i had ever had till it broke.

Bad Points: Then it started making a banging noise after six months. It took samsung 8 weeks to tell me it was broken beyond repair. The call centre was awful and the person they sent out to look at the machine didn't seem to know what he was talking about, it took nearly 10 weeks for them to get me a new machine. It's no fun not having a washer for that long with a young baby.

General comments: I loved the machine, if only they had made the bits that hold the drum in the machine stronger. And it had not broken so quickly. And there after sales were one of the worst i have a come across. Left me very upset on many occations with no apologies.

Low cost, however poor customer service, machine has a very short life ...tub bearing failed after three years...uneconomical to repair, very expensive to repair.

The program selector does not contain an immediate reference to the usual wash symbols, but has a list of fabric types for guidance.
This can be misleading e.g. if you have cotton material that requires a delicate wash program, if you set the machine to cotton, it will not be a delicate wash program and will result in damage to the clothes.

The machine also plays an annoying little tune when it has finished the wash.

All things considered, I'd rather take the washing down to the river ...
