Bad Points: No bad points.

General comments: These guys should be the template for superb service to which other companies should aspire.

I bought a Vision Fitness treadmill - the price was the cheapest I could find by a long way (it was the model from last year - the principal difference being a different console style).Fantastic service - always responsive to my e-mails within 24 hours. Even phoned to help arrange delivery. I opted for the installation service - Saturday delivery from 3 hours away, arrived as predicted at 9am. No help required from me despite offer, very efficient and friendly installation.The treadmill itself is superb - very solidly constructed, easy to use with more than enough features for me - it really doesn't feel any different to the commercial treadmills I have used in gyms in the past.

Very good shopping experience with Fitness Megastore, they talked to me on the phone for about half an hour helping me choose my rower, and it is everything they promised. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a York 50kg cast iron weight set from Fitness Megastore, as mine were starting to look a little worse for ware. I found them on the net and really liked their website, and price. After I ordered the weights, I had a call from them within the hour saying that they had just ran out of stock and it would take at least 2 weeks to get here, however they offered me a 50kg chrome set for the same price, with NEXT DAY delivery. I bought from Fitness Megastore an Horizon Fitness elite 507 treadmill (very good machine) they had it delivered early, on a 2 man delivery service. There was no assistance needed, they took the product into the room we chose and even took the packaging away! They also gave me 2 very useful free gifts (rubber treadmill matt and a heart rate monitor watch). I will definitely be buying from them again.

Fitness Megastore is an Excellent Company. Arrived early, courier even delivered the product upstairs! I was kept up to date with the status of my order via phone from extremely poite staff. I was unsure at first as they were the cheapest om the web and I know that you usually get what you pay for these days, but this company exceeded all my expectations. Very polite and well managed company...Also the cheapest!

I found a Polar S725x watch for an excellent price. I didn't know the shop, so I made a small research and asked them through email things I didn't understand (over 30 years experience, but company founded in 1990 and web page created in 2007...) and got in a couple hours reply which explained everything. So I decided to make the purchase - but had problems with my card. I phoned them and in a minute everything worked fine. I got what I ordered in less than 20 hours delivered for free. Excellent ...

Great customer service. I received my treadmill within 5 days of ordering. They kept me well informed of my order status and arranged a time of delivery that suited me.Thanks Fitness Megastore, my treadmill is great!

They list prices on the website, but can't get half of the items in after you have paid for them. Slow delivery. I rang up twice and was told it would come soon, but I still don't have my order from Fitness Megastore.
