    When setting up your initial account with Aquiss, it asks you for your payment details, so I entered my business card details, expecting that the money would be automatically taken each month.
    However I received an 'overdue account' e-mail!
    So I e-mailed Aquiss to ask why, and I received a very abrupt e-mail back, which said:
    "I've told you before on the phone and via email, that we don't take payments automatically. We work with an invoice based system. If our approach to accounting does not fit into your way of business, then sadly we don't sound like the right ISP for you."
    I have subsequently taken my business elsewhere!

    I've been with Aquiss for a good 3 years now...possibly longer. Basically, I jumped off a sinking Pipex to go to a substantially more reliable Internet Service Provider.

    From the whole time I've used this, I have had the occasional problems and queries...such as downtimes..but everyone gets those every now and then. Technical queries on settings/new hardware installations and whatnot.

    I do get the odd problem here and there...but to be fair, e-mailing customer support has a brilliant response ...

    Absolutely fantastic customer service. Aquiss Broadband really know what they are doing and there email response are very quick and friendly. Definetly great for someone who needs quick responses.

    been with aquiss since december 2006
    got no intention going any where else
    i didnt know you could download at these speeds
    customer service is great well it was the one and only time
    i needed to phone them in nearly three years
    i would highly recommend aquiss
    always a good connection at 7-8mb

    Been with this firm for 8 months.Much better than virgin.Went down once for a short time. Aquiss Broadband customer service very good.

    I have been an Aquiss Broadband customer over 12 months cannot fault them since my move from Virgin Media cable I have had faster speeds with more consistent speeds during peak times. Recently moved over to their new LLU platform since 21cn is a technical failure plus not set to arrive at my exchange until sometime in 2011.

    This connection has out performed BT's IP stream with no speed or connection issues, I would recommend Aquiss to anyone. Support is UK based all emails I have sent have been ...

    Been with Aquiss quite some time now and cannot see me moving. Great connection speeds - you got a problem, it's sorted - kept well up to date with everything - small company so you get to know them!

    I cannot rate them highly enough :)

    ive currently just joined aquiss and they are great i get upto 6.2mb speed and nothing below 5.4 mb even at peak times i get upto 6.2 mb which is great and also their customer service is great i speak the same man all the time and if i need help i can email them and they reply within 10-15 mins which is great i recommend them to everyone 10/10

    I went live with aquiss today. They're much better than o2. I get upto 7 mb of speed which is good for my area. u need to your own router or buy one One bad thing is i tried ringing their customer service but the automated messege said they open after 10 so i rang after 10 and still shut so then 11 oclock still shut so their customer service aint great and their only a small office with like 6 people in it but i reccomend them to anyone

    i am just in the process of joining aquiss broadband, they seem excellent the men i speak to are clever and treat you like a person im currently with 02 and my speeds are stupid after 5 pm and i dont get 8mb during the day their customer service is ok but their not great so im just going aquiss and i look very forward to joining them a great small isp i recommend them to every1

    Great customer service from Aquiss Broadband. I recently talked to a very friendly clever man about broadband from aquiss they seem great. Their prices are a bit dear but if you want good broadband and upto 24 mb speed then you gotta pay good money ive had cheaper deals with the likes of tiscali'talk talk'but their service is very poor i got 2 mb with talk talk and 7 mb or less with tiscali which is not the 8mb speed i should get ive just joined 02 and their upgrading their exchanges but im ...

    Changed to Aquiss after being very disappointed with Tiscali and Virgin. Aquiss couldn't be more different. More expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for - no throttling, good connection speeds and so far (8 months) absolutely no down time.
    Regular e-mails from customer support keep you up to date with any changes or future improvements.
    Can't recommend enough.

    Not the cheapest but good speeds attained coupled with UK based support that actually supports you and know what they are talking about! Worth every penny - highly recommend Aquiss Broadband.

    If you want a really good fast, reliable connection with a company who treat you like a person then I highly recommend giving Aquiss a shot.

    A breath of fresh air to have such an easy transition from another provider (Aquiss Broadband), with a person at the end of the phone who knows what they are doing. Well done Aquiss.

    I came to Aquiss after I was finally able to get away from the garbage that is Pipex Broadband, what a breath of fresh air, if you want to know what having ADSL is really like, go with Aquiss! You actually get what you pay for, they have very knowledge staff that are nothing like the robotic brain dead idiots you find at most providers, the speeds are excellent, I allegedly had 8meg with Pipex but it was more like 512, went over to Aquiss and BOOM what a difference I went from getting 150kb down ...
