The experience my wife and I had with the Kutchenhaus staff was excellent, very helpful and professional, pleasant and a nice touch, a little area for our 5 year old to play in during our our time with the designer.

Only bad point, one of the doors when delivered was damaged and it took 3 weeks for replacement. Although I do understand that my kitchen was built to order in Germany and the replacement had to be ordered from the factory.

The complete replacement of the kitchen and utility room was a daunting thought with so many options and decisions to make. It was the quality and quantity of displays in the Kutchenhaus showroom that gave the inspiration for the design, and the design service provided was excellent. The designer was very helpful and willing to go through several iterations over several months to reach the final design. The staff at Kutchenhaus are nice and they don't follow you around like some places. It can take a few days to get to see a kitchen designer, but it's worth it.

I would summarize as follows: Having a kitchen fitted is pretty traumatic - Now that ours is completed, we are delighted with the products and they are better than well known competitors.
Many of my friends have had all sorts of lengthy nightmares with new kitchens, which we have not experienced. I am not dissatisfied with the customer care received, although I do think that their marks would go from 7/10 to 9/10 if they used a common sense approach and dealt with some issues from a moral rath ...
